1. I am of legal age upon entering into this Application Agreement, otherwise, I will submit a parental consent waiver together with this agreement; 

2. This application shall constitute a binding agreement between me and EONGOLD Corporation upon receipt and due approval of the Company; 

3. I am bound to abide the Company’s rules and regulations, and faithfully uphold the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standard. Should I commit any form of violation, and be subjected to the necessary sanctions and penalties as provided in the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standard, I voluntarily release EONGOLD Corporation from any liabilities these sanctions and penalties may cause as a consequence;

4. I attest that I personally participated and was personally presented with the EONGOLD Corporation Business Presentation and Product Orientation prior to selling the EONGOLD Corporation products; 

5. As a new member, I can now engage in the direct selling of its products. Further, it is hereby understood that there is no required minimum product purchase that I need to make and no required minimum inventory that I need to maintain in order to sustain my status as an Independent Distributor.
